Do I need to download or install FOMCS software on my computer or any device?
How do I register and open an account?
Signing up is easy, and your account is confirmed instantly. In the FOMCS menu, select My account and on “Register” enter your email to create an account. A password will be sent to your email address with instructions to proceed further. Login with your credentials and subscribe – order the package what is fitting for your needs (as first time use the same email as you have been register). Note: 30 days free trial will be start. Once your order has been completed (a relevant automatic email will be sent to you), from My Account – Control Panel – Dashboard you can now Sign in to the MY.FOMCS software and start setting up your business. We would recommend that you watch the relevant videos that we have prepared for you before you start using the software.
Is there any free Trial Time for Usage FOMCS software?
No credit card details required. After 30 days free trial period you can upgrade to paid subscription or cancel your account. No contracts, no hidden charges.
Note: After trial period when you go to paid subscription all your own data continues to remain active until your subscription is canceled.
How do I purchase products?

How can I change or reset my password for owner admin account?
- Type on your browser fomcs.com
- From My account select Login
- Select Account Details
- On the section Password Change insert first the old password and then write the new password – confirm the new password and press Save Changes

- Visit the My account page
- Select Lost your password?
- In the new window please enter your username or email address associated with your account and press Reset password
- We’ll send you an email with a link that enables you to reset your password
How can I change or reset my password as user?
To change your password:
- Type on your browser my.fomcs.com and then Login
- Select My Profile
- On the section Password Change insert the new password and press Save Changes

I have a development question. Where should I address it to?
Can I have support or ask for a quote for developing my web online shop with FOMCS API's?
Yes, of course we provide developing implement service for online rental shop and marketplaces for owners which using FOMCS software and its API’s. Requests only applicable for those customers with accounts that have paid subscription and is valid. For such requests is not valid our policy “response time is 12 hours – but never exceed 24 hours”.
