  • Invoicing Details: We collect only the tax-related information required by law for the issuance of service invoices (Company Name, Tax ID, Address, Email).

  • Usage Data: We do not collect, analyze, or process any information regarding your specific business operations, transactions, or your client lists.

3. Absolute Encryption

All data entered into the FOMCS system is fully encrypted. Atlantis Global and its technical partner, iBS, do not have the ability to access, read, or process your stored data (bookings, fleet details, or third-party personal data). Access to this information belongs exclusively to you.

4. Server Infrastructure and Technical Maintenance

The company iBS (Informatics Business Solutions), acting as the strategic technical arm and integrator, ensures the maximum possible security and seamless operation of the system:

  • World-Class Infrastructure: iBS does not utilize private, limited-capacity servers. Instead, it leases and manages infrastructure from the most reliable and recognized global Cloud Service Providers (Tier-3 Data Centers).

  • Maximum Availability: By partnering with leading global technology players, we ensure top-tier speed, maximum data security, and uninterrupted (high-availability) operation of FOMCS.

  • Management: iBS maintains exclusive technical oversight of these environments, ensuring that the hosting environment is fortified in accordance with international security standards.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy

We are committed to the complete anonymity of our users:

  • No Public Disclosure: We do not announce, publish, or use the names or logos of the companies using FOMCS for advertising or promotional purposes.

  • Confidentiality: Your use of FOMCS remains strictly confidential, unless explicit written consent is provided by you for a specific case study or testimonial.

6. Security and Data Transfer

  • Retention: Invoicing details are retained only for the period mandated by tax legislation.

  • Third Parties: We do not sell or share any information with third-party advertising companies or data brokers.
