Accept Online Payments with PayPal and Stripe in FOMCS Yacht Management Software
Give your customers more payment choices while getting paid faster.
At FOMCS – Fleet Operation & Management Control System, we’re continually expanding our online payment ecosystem to help yacht charter companies, yacht operators, marinas, and other marine businesses simplify how they collect payments.
Following the successful launch of Stripe, we’re excited to announce that PayPal is now fully integrated into FOMCS.
Businesses can now accept secure online payments through Stripe, PayPal, or both simultaneously, allowing customers to choose the payment method they trust and prefer.
Accept Secure Online Payments for Bookings, Orders, and Invoices
With the new PayPal and Stripe integrations, customers can securely pay online for:
- Charter Booking Orders – Instant Bookings via your websites or portals (OTA)
- Charter Booking Orders – On Request
- Orders & Proforma Invoices
- Sales Invoices
All payments are processed securely and transferred directly to your own Stripe and/or PayPal merchant account.
FOMCS never acts as a payment intermediary, giving merchants complete control over their payment processing.
Why Offer Both Stripe and PayPal?
Every customer has a preferred way to pay. By enabling both payment providers, you offer greater flexibility and improve the overall payment experience.
Key benefits include:
- More payment options for your customers
- Greater payment convenience
- Faster payment collections
- Secure API integration with Stripe and PayPal
- Seamless integration within FOMCS
- Easy activation of one or both payment providers
Whether your customer prefers to pay by credit card via Stripe or with their PayPal account, the checkout experience remains fast, secure, and simple.
Designed for the Yacht and Marine Industry
Unlike generic invoicing platforms, FOMCS integrates online payments directly into your daily operations.
Customers can pay online from their Booking Order, Order, Proforma Invoice, or Sales Invoice with just a few clicks, while merchants can monitor payment status directly within the FOMCS platform.
The result is a faster, more professional payment process for both your business and your customers.
More Payment Integrations Are Coming
Our payment ecosystem continues to grow.
The next integration will be VakıfBank Secure Hosted Payment (Ortak Ödeme), providing a local payment solution for merchants in Türkiye.
Additional regional and international payment providers will follow, giving FOMCS customers even more flexibility to serve clients worldwide.
Get Paid in the Same Currency Your Customer Pays
The FOMCS Online Payment Solution is designed to ensure that customer payments are always settled directly into the merchant’s payment account. FOMCS never receives, holds, or transfers customer funds.
For Stripe and PayPal, customer payments are deposited directly into the merchant’s own account, following each provider’s standard settlement process.
For merchants using VakıfBank Secure Hosted Payment (Ortak Ödeme), payments are settled directly into the merchant’s own VakıfBank merchant account in the same currency as the customer paid, in accordance with VakıfBank’s settlement schedule (typically within 24 hours).
In all cases, customer funds are transferred directly to the merchant without passing through FOMCS.
Receiving payments in the original transaction currency helps businesses:
- Eliminate unnecessary currency conversions
- Reduce foreign exchange costs
- Simplify accounting and reconciliation
- Improve cash flow and financial transparency
With FOMCS, merchants always remain in full control of their payment processing while offering customers a secure and convenient online payment experience.
Modern Online Payments for Modern Yacht Businesses
FOMCS continues to invest in technologies that simplify fleet operations, charter management, invoicing, customer experience, and payment collection.
With Stripe and PayPal now available, accepting online payments has never been easier.
The future of yacht business management is fully connected.
