What does Manage Users and Permissions module do?

Use role-based access control (RBAC). A user license determines the baseline of features that the user can access. You assign user permissions for data access through a profile and optionally one or more permission sets. Managing user account roles and permissions for each user separate like: identify the different roles and functions in your organization, create user roles based on these roles and functions, assign permissions to each user role, use a centralized user directory to store user information, automate user provisioning and deprovisioning, monitor user activity. It is also very important to have a library for every user separate with documents, records, and certificates and to receive notifications when they are about to expire and need to be renewed and replaced. FOMCS users management software is the only operating system that gives you all the above features for its use by users and full management of system capabilities.
